Traci is the founder and owner of Illuminate Business Group, LLC. She is a Certified Value Builder™, a Certified Financial Planner® practitioner, and an attorney. With her husband, Richard, she helped transition their financial-planning practice into a self-managing company with 17% year-over-year growth. She specializes in helping business owners with annual revenue of $1 million to $25 million maximize the value of their companies.
Her passion is to help business owners thrive. As a Certified Financial Planner®, she saw business owners work hard in their growing companies. But the daily grind made it difficult to focus on how to strategically grow their companies into a valuable – and sellable – asset.
Traci excels at relating to others, creating order, and taking responsibility to build trust and confidence. As a Certified Value Builder™, she will use these strengths within the Value Builder System to help you make the best changes to improve the value of your company and make it more enjoyable to run.
